Last week of term and nail in our tyre?

So we are in the last week of term, and the teachers are kind of slacking off. In maths, we had this online maths test, and L.T couldn't get on to the test or something. Everyone else was doing the test, and L.T was telling the teacher she couldn't get on. The teacher told her to restart her computer, and if it still didn't work - come and see her.

Now L.T sits behind me so I could hear every word she was saying... and after she had restarted her computer and it still wasn't working, the teacher said,
"Please, clean the desks- we have some cleaning fluid up the front."

Me, Z.Q and S.D found it absolutely hilarious, while L.T had to traipse up the front and grab the paper towels and cleaning stuff. So, whilst we did the test she cleaned about 9 or 10 desks, and when the first person finished the test, our teacher told her to clean her desk. And so on and so on, until nearly half the class had finished, she put up the notice on the board. I just found it so funny!

The top (flat bit) was 1.5 CM and the length
was 2CM!

I am just SO grateful, and thankful, to all those gods up there who made it so that we only had to clean the tops of the desk. If we had had to turn those desks upside down, and scraped off the gum, I would've legitimately keeled over and died. Even touching a piece of gum is so disgustingly mortifying I could cry.

Also, this morning, mum was dropping off me (to school) and my dad (to work), when we felt a slight bump happening every other second. We pulled over to investigate... when dad returned he said there was a nail in the tyre! He had tried to get it out with his hands.... and failed... which means it was pretty big!

We drove to the car place, which was luckily pretty close, and stopped. Mum told me I had to walk because it was already 8:00, and school starts at 8:30... so I set off to walk while mum and dad went further into the depths of the car place.

I got a text halfway to school from mum saying that the nail was pretty big. 2.5CM, but this was a fat nail...   That is my index finger and the nail!!! THE NAIL WAS HUGE!!
